General FAQ

For a limited time, we’re accepting pre-orders for the BAGGU x Sandy Liang collaboration. We want to ensure that as many of our customers as possible have access to this collection, and pre-ordering ensures your inventory is reserved. You can place your pre-order now and it is estimated to ship in September. 

When does the pre-order end?

We will be taking pre-orders on preorder.baggu.com starting on June 5th through Tuesday, June 9th at 11:59pm PT , or until the maximum amount of orders is reached. 

What does a style marked "closed" mean?

We are only able to produce a certain amount of units of each style in such a short timeframe. If an item says “Closed” then we have hit our production capacity and can’t take any additional orders of that style.

Do collaboration collections have purchase limits?

To ensure fairness in accessing this collection, we’re limiting orders to a maximum of two unit per color per person. Repeat orders may be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Can I order from both preorder.baggu.com and baggu.com?

Yes, but not at the same time!

Shopping carts between preorder.baggu.com and baggu.com cannot be combined, so you'll need to place separate orders on each site.

Please note that discount codes and gift cards for baggu.com cannot be applied to pre-orders. 

Can I add or remove items from my order before it ships?

We are not able to modify the contents of pre-orders once they have been placed.

Can I cancel my pre-order before it ships?

If you’d like to cancel your pre-order, please email us at info@baggu.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Our customer experience team is available M-Th 10a-5p EST & Friday from 10a-3p EST.

Can I change the shipping address on my order before it ships?

If you’d like to change the shipping address on your pre-order, please email us at info@baggu.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your pre-order has shipped, we are not able to change your shipping address.

 

Orders & Payment

When do I pay for my pre-order?

Upfront payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. Pre-orders are estimated to ship in September.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All prices are stated in USD.

Do you offer gift receipts?

Gift receipts are unavailable for preorder.baggu.com purchases. However our packing slips do not include prices. 

Can I use discount codes, gift cards, and store credit from baggu.com?

baggu.com discount codes, gift cards, and store credit cannot be used on preorder.baggu.com. 

Do you make price adjustments?

No, we are not able to adjust the price on any preorder.baggu.com pre-orders.

Returns

What’s your return/exchange policy for pre-order items?

We’re happy to offer returns on purchases from preorder.baggu.com that are in unused condition within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders are estimated to ship in September. Please note that estimated timelines cannot be guaranteed. We will keep you updated if there are any delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout. We are happy to offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50!

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Please note free shipping eligibility is calculated after any discount codes are applied at checkout. Applicable on Free Ground Shipping for U.S. orders only.

For International shipments, shipping costs depend on where you live and the method chosen at checkout. Duty may be due upon arrival, unless "Duty Included" rate is selected.

Will I get a tracking number? 

Yes, after you place a pre-order you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse in September.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide; rates are calculated at checkout. Please note additional duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Yes, please choose a DHL or USPS shipping option at checkout if your order is going to a PO Box. FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time and requires a valid street address for delivery.

Lost Package? 

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email info@baggu.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Will I be charged international duties and/or taxes? 

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
